Background:

AMTU is a software solution to move Amazon data from Amazon Seller Central to your PC. This allows a user to automate their sales channel workflow. The AMTU tool is simply the transport layer and does not import data into QuickBooks or Netsuite but coupled with inexpensive integration software made a great solution for automating orders, ship confirmation and even item listing and pricing updates.

Amazon has announced the retirement of MWS and therefore the retirement of the AMTU tool. The exact date of that deprecation is not firm but expected in the very near future. 

Announcement:

EZOrderLink is planning to release a new AMTU alternative. The first release of this product will accomplish two things. First, the transport logic to receive order data will be connected through the new SP-API Amazon platform. Secondly, the JSON data will be mapped to the legacy AMTU or AMTU2 tab delimited format. This will allow users who are already mapped with a solution to the data format AMTU offered the ability to simply replace AMTU or AMTU2 with this alternative.  We have not labeled this product yet but developers have code named the project EMTU2.

We are currently planning a pre-production release coming soon and will offer this to a limited number of users to allow feedback on any enhancements or changes requested to be considered for the production release.

A pre-release beta of this product is now available.  You can download this directly from our sister site OnePointEDI 

This release works for US sellers and brings orders in. 

Update 8/19/2023:

This release includes the ability to change order status to download such as shipped, unshipped, partial shipped and more.   

This release allows you to select the country or region of your choice.

Set your AMT3 to your Country or Region.

To change region, open the app, click credentials tab, change the region code to one of the following:

us-east-1  North America (Canada, US, Mexico, and Brazil marketplaces)

eu-west-1  Europe (Spain, UK, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Sweden, South Africa, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and India marketplaces)

us-west-2 Far East (Singapore, Australia, and Japan marketplaces)

after changing the Region Text Field, click ‘Save Credentials’

Update 8/31/2023  This release includes inventory and pricing updates.  Currently the system expects a file named inventory.txt that is tab delimited.  The first column is sku the second price and the third quantity.  You may omit the price column for quantity only updates or omit quantity for price only updates.  

Inventory / Price feed file is name inventory.txt and placed in application\outbound folder.

Contents of the file is tab delimited and will look like: (for both quantity and price).

NOTE: Header data such as sku price and quantity are case sensitive and must be in lower case.

An issue with international settings has also been addressed in this release.  MarketplaceID was set as dis-abled.  This has now been enabled for country selection.

UPDATE 9/1/2023:  This is a minor release, 'Amazon_SPAPI_Private.exe' only.  To use this release, you will need the full install, then download this zip, unzip the exe only and copy it into your application folder replacing Amazon_SPAPI_Private.exe with this version.  This release allows the user to create a file named _debug in the application folder.  The app will then display a message for each process as it progresses to facilitate any issues.  Run this version with the file '_debug' in your app folder and let us know what the final message says before encountering your issue.  This can assist us in determining how to support your reported issue. 

UPDATE 9/8/2023:  This release extends the expiration to 10/15 and includes some minor adjustments.  This is the latest release and should replace the earlier builds.  This is a full install.  To use this build, go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, uninstall the previous build, the run the installer in this zip according to included directions.  

UPDATE 9/9/2023:  This latest release has some minor adjustments and includes error logging on the order import process.  Errors are logged in a file named LogMessages.txt.  This is a full install.  To use this build, go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, uninstall the previous build, the run the installer in this zip according to included directions.  Uninstalling and installing a new version will not remove settings, credential or historical data if installed in the default folder..  Download at the bottom of this page.

UPDATE: 11/10/2023:  Latest stable build.  A new build will come out shortly with major changes, this build has only minor internal changes and marks the first RC1 deliverable milestone.

To install this build, goto Programs and Features, uninstall the previous build, then run the setup.exe in this download.  Data files will NOT be removed using this process.  As an extra precaution, some users suggest making a backup of the C:\EZOrderLink\AMTU3 folder and child folders to preserve as a backup in case you have any issues with your installation.  If you prefer, you can write support@ezordelrinkllc.com and request the EXE only.  Using this method, you can simply overwrite the existing EXE with this new build without the un-install/install process.  Alternately, you can download, unzip and copy the .exe only.  This allows the update to avoid the uninstall/install procedure described above.  Using the exe only download you can simply replace the exe file in your application folder to get the latest update.

Why the expirations?  This is done to ensure we are only supporting the latest release and all instances in production are using the same functions and features.  

Troubleshooting:

If app displays object not found, check credentials page to make sure you have marketplace selected i.e.  'US'

sAWS Getting the error: "..... is not authorized to perform: sts:AssumeRole on resource arn:aws:iam::........."

If you are seeing the above error, take a moment to check your configuration and read some users notes on this error below:

Make sure you have not accidentally copied the USER arn rather than the ROLE arn into your setup.

I did get the AMTU3 tool working. Not sure what went wrong, but I ended up deleting the app in merchant center and made another one generating new access codes and token and it worked.
